RENEWAL & TERMINATION:

1. Will my account be automatically renewed when the first year term is over?
Yes. Unless you request for a termination of service, your account will continue to be active and we will bill you annually.

2. How do I terminate the service?
You can terminate the service online. Go to the Customer Login page first. Then go to the Control Panel. Choose Terminate Account and follow the instructions from there.

3. What is your refund policy?
We issue refunds for the following circumstances:

• The requested domain name cannot be registered because the domain name is owned by someone else or the domain name has been rejected by the MYNIC.
• A subscriber requests for service termination before his domain name is registered at the MYNIC

4. If I terminate my contract with Web Hosting, would my domain name still belong to me?
Yes. You own your domain name as long as you continue to pay MYNIC the annual fee (RM100).
