SUBSCRIPTION & REGISTRATION:

1. Where can I get Web Hosting services?
To register for our Web Hosting services, you can visit any one of our participating outlets. They are listed in our Subscription page.

2. Do I have to bring any supporting documents for registration?
You need to bring the following:

• A copy of your NRIC
• A copy of your business registration form (ROC/ROB/ROS)
• Your company's official stamp
  

3. How fast can I get the service?
Your account will be activated within three days after registration.

4. Can I send a representative to register for Web Hosting service on behalf of my company?
Yes, as long as the representative brings along the supporting documents and your company's official stamp.

5. Can I register online or by facsimile?
Online registration is not available at the moment. However, if you request for registration through facsimile or e-mail, we will send you a temporary form for you to fill. Once we have received the form along with a cheque, you account will be activated within three days. We will then send you a subscription agreement for you to sign and mail back to us.

6. Do you accept cash or cheque?
We accept both cash and cheque.

7. Can I pay by credit card?
You can pay by credit card only at outlets that offer such a service. Be sure to check with them before paying them a visit.
