1. How many times can I send files to your server?
You can send as many files and as many times as you like as long as the files do not exceed the storage limit.

2. Is my content secure?
Yes. In most cases, security problems occur due to bad password management. Never reveal your password unless it is absolutely necessary. If you really have to do so, make sure you know to whom you give your password.

3. Can I access the server 24 hours a day?
Yes. Our server operates 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

4. If I am out of Malaysia, will I be able to access the server?
Yes. As long as you have Internet connectivity, you can access our server from anywhere around the world.

5. Is there any additional information on the server?
Web Hosting is an online platform that offers next generation online services. It is made up of a suite of servers that run on the latest version of Microsoft software and other reputable software.

6. Do you support CGI?
Yes, we do support CGI. The service comes as a standard feature. Please note that the Perl version installed in our server is the ActivePerl. The ActivePerl package we installed is Perl on Win32 platforms. Perl normally runs in Unix environment, but ActivePerl is a version that is supported by the Windows environment.

7. Do you support ASP?
Yes, we do support ASP and currently it is version 3.0. The service comes as a standard feature. ASP stands for Active Server Pages (ASP) - a mix of HTML, scripts and ASP codes that enable you to build a dynamic and database-driven website.

Active Server Pages (ASP) is where the true power of the Windows server operating system is apparent. ASP is a feature of the Microsoft Internet Information Server and is considered server-side scripting. ASP is derived from VBScript and JScript, both of which are supported by this scripting technology. VBScript is the default language for your ASP scripts. If you prefer something other than VBScript, you can specify this in your script. Other scripting languages will run under ASP as long as you have the necessary Active X scripting engine installed on the server. For example, Perl uses PerlScript to execute within an ASP page.

ASP allows your site to deliver data based on a user's input received from an HTML form, information from a data store, client side cookies, or text files that allow the server to deliver customized pages "on the fly" before sending it to the requestor. Whereas HTML is simply displayed on a Web page, ASP is first processed by the Web server before the results are displayed on a Web page. There are hundreds of functions that do just about everything imaginable from interpreting form results, to sending email to generating fast and dynamic Web content.

8. Do you support database?
Yes, we do support database as an Optional Feature. Currently we offer 2 types of databases. You can choose either Microsoft Acess Database or Microsoft SQL Server Database 7.0

9. How do I manage my account?
You can manage your account through the Control Panel. It is an interactive web-based Self-Care Account Management System which can be accessed through your web browser. The Control Panel gives every customer the total freedom to access and manage their own account online on a real time basis. It is free, easy and user friendly. 10. What is E-Mail Aliases?
Use this function if you wish to create e-mail aliases in your pop3 e-mail account. This service is extremely useful for a corporation with many departments. By having just one POP3 e-mail account, a company "can be seen" as having individual sales, finance, support and technical accounts. Moreover, with e-mail aliases, you do not have to pay for another POP3 e-mail account. You can use just one single mailbox to retrieve e-mail messages from other addresses. For example, a user has an e-mail address Ð user@yourdomain.com.my. By having e-mail aliases, he can create sales@yourdomain.com.my, finance@yourdomain.com.my and technical@yourdomain.com.my. Whenever messages are sent to the sales, finance and technical department, these e-mail messages will go to the mailbox of user@yourdomain.com.my. With Web Hosting, the admin account holder can create an unlimited number of e-mail aliases for each and every e-mail account that the account holder has. 11. What is E-Mail Forwarder?
Use this function if you wish to set e-mail forwarders to your pop3 e-mail account. This service allows a user to direct his e-mail to another e-mail account . For example, a user has a POP3 e-mail account with Web Hosting, user@yourdomain.com.my, and he also has another e-mail account (e.g Hotmail). If you enable the e-mail forwarder function, every time anyone sends you an e-mail it will be automatically and immediately sent to the e-mail account that you've specified. But remember, if you have this function set to your pop3 e-mail account, the e-mail sent to you will not be stored in your mailbox as it has been forwarded to another e-mail account. This service is given FREE to all Web Hosting pop3 account holders.

12. What is E-Mail Distribution List?
Please use this function if you want to set the e-mail distribution list to your pop3 e-mail account. This service allows a user to direct his e-mail to a group of e-mail accounts. For example, a user has a POP3 e-mail account with Web Hosting, user@yourdomain.com.my, and he wants to distribute the e-mail he receives to another 10 e-mail accounts. If you configure the e-mail distribution list function, every time anyone sends you an e-mail, it will be automatically and immediately sent to you and the group of other e-mail recipients that you've specified. You can set the e-mail recipient in the distribution list to any e-mail account. This service is useful if you have a community and you want to share the e-mail you received among the recipients in your distribution list. With Web Hosting, the admin account holder can an create an unlimited number of e-mail recipients in the distribution list for each and every pop3 e-mail account that the account holder has. The service is given FREE to all Web Hosting pop3 account holders.

13. What is E-Mail Autoresponder?
Customers can have pre-prepared text as an automated e-mail reply. This text can be fed into our server. If anyone sends an e-mail message to any particular e-mail address with the enabled e-mail autoresponder, a reply with the prepared text will be automatically and immediately sent to the sender. This is useful if you want your e-mail account to send an automatic reply every time anyone sends you an e-mail. Or, you're out of office and want to notify people sending you e-mail that you're not in the office but will check their e-mail later. With Web Hosting, there's absolutely no limit number to the e-mail autoresponders. If you have 10 e-mail accounts, you can have autoresponders on all 10 of them and the service is given FREE too.

14. What is the maximum number of bytes that can be transferred to the server?
Currently, there is no limit to the number of bytes that can be transferred to the server. All Web Hosting customers can enjoy unlimited bandwidth for any package they choose.

15. Do you support Front Page extensions?
No, we currently do not offer the 'extension' service where you can do file editing online to our server. If you need to edit your file, please download it first, edit your html file off-line using Front Page or any other HTML editor software that you have and then upload it into your FTP site.
