How do I change my password?
If you would like to change your password, log in to Webmail with your current password and click My Profile link. Then:

1. Click Change Password link.
2. Enter your current password.
3. Enter your new password.
4. Click the "Update Password" button.

Can I change my Webmail ID?
Unfortunately, you can't change your Webmail ID.

How can Webmail protect me from email viruses?
Whenever you receive attachments to e-mail messages, Webmail will
automatically delete the attachment.

How can I check my pop email using Webmail?
POP e-mail is sent through servers that use the Post Office Protocol (POP). POP allows computers to retrieve e-mail from any server that supports this protocol. Webmail subscriber can view messages from pop e-mail account within Webmail. You can check e-mail from your company, your Internet service provider (ISP), and your school-all from your Webmail account. In Webmail,

1. Click Mail button.
2. Click POP Mail link.
3. Add POP Server Name, Username and Password.

Can I forward my Webmail to another email address?
Yes. You can use Netmyne Webmail as your permanent email address and
forward to another mail account. To do the forwarding:

1. Click "Mail" button.
2. Click Forward E-mail.
3. Add alternative email address.

How does Netmyne Webmail help protect my emails?

When you have a secure connection between your browser and a Web site, no one else can easily access the data that you send across the connection. Netmyne Webmail uses SSL to encrypt your sign-in name and password when you sign in, to help protect your security online.

How am I going to delete email when my mailbox closed because of over quota?
Please use your keyboard and press button shift and delete

What is my setting for pop mail?
Please do the setting as per below:

Incoming : pop3.yourdomainname
Outgoing : smtp.yourdomianname

Please remember to tick at My server requires authentication under
Outgoing Mail server setting

What is the setting for IMAP?
Please select types of server as IMAP

Incoming : pop3.yourdomainname
Outgoing : imap4.yourdomainname
