e-travel is a Internet Booking Engine that caters to the needs
of demanding travelers. It is a onestop solution for corporate
companies who wish to setup a simple end-to-end travel center
to provide an added privilege to their organization.

Application
How much do I have to pay and when?

Start-up Fee RM50.00 upon application
- One Time Service Activation Fee RM125.00 billed when activation
- Subscription Fee RM199.00 billed monthy
How
do I sign up?
You
can sign up through our Authorized Resellers by completing a prescribed
application form with the supporting documents.
Where
do I get the application form?
You
can obtain the application form from TM Net or our Authorized
Resellers
What
do I need to supply with my application?
A
complete submission would consist of:
a)
Photocopy of Company Form 24 / 13 / 49
b) Application Form
c) Photocopy of I/C (for individual applicant)
What
do I get when my application is approved?
You
would receive the following items upon approval:
a)
Modem
b) User Guide
c) Starter Kit
When
do I get the service?
Upon activation of Streamyx.
Payment
How
do I make payment?
1) Startup fee of RM50.00 by either Money Order, Postal Order
or Cheque made payable to ITP Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd,
together with your application form.
2) All other payment will be billed in your monthly TM Net bills.
What
happens if the service is not activated after I have applied &
paid?
Refund would be refunded provided no bookings have been made.
