e-biz can be enrolled as Hosted Application Provision (ASP)
or Outright Purchase of Licensed Software. It offers two available
modules:
e-STORE
This
module allows dynamic management of product catalogues by suppliers
and allows buyers to access all relevant products attributes,
such as pricing information, product description and product
images, that available on the suppliers' catalogue. It performs
various functions that provide communication and purchasing
capability through its Inquiry, Request for Quotation, B2C and
B2B Online Stores.
Inquiry
Inquiry is a Product Catalog where the individual product shows
a 'Send Inquiry' button for customer/buyer to send e-mails inquiry
regarding a product or service. Both seller's and buyer's communication
are done via e-mail.
Request
for Quotation (RFQ)
RFQ is a Product Catalog where the individual product shows
a 'Quote Price' button for registered customer/buyer to send
RFQ to the seller within the catalogue system. Both sellerŐs
and buyer's communication are done within the catalogue system.
Business-to-Consumer
(B2C)
B2C is a Product Catalog where the individual product shows
an 'Add to Cart' button for registered customer/buyer to do
transaction by using offline or online settlement. Sellers are
able to process order, update inventory information, view sales
report and manage discount for individual product
Business-to-Business (B2B)
B2B is a Product Catalog where buyers are required to have login
authentication for the viewing of the products. The security
function allows the seller to manage price groupings and volume

for their preferred customers.
These
modules are featured at a minimum of 100MB capacity with options
for increment at every 100MB.
e-PORTAL
This
module congregate and populate multiple e-Stores in an exchange,
a directory or a marketplace by providing a platform where buyers
and sellers login to communicate, collaborate and make business
transactions. It helps to solve various essential but specific
problems in business process, such as:
