2. For the 2Mbps and 155Mbps backbones, does it mean it is solely dedicated to me or shared among the users in your Data Center?
The 2 Mbps, 155 Mbps backbones are shared bandwidth. In other words the bandwidth is shared among all customers of the respective Netmyne Data Center.

3. What are the differences between premium package and advanced package?
There is no price difference between the two. The differences between premium package and advanced package are in terms of Internet connectivity and its locations. The Premium package (Wangsa Maju Data Center) has a 155 Mbps and 3 x 2 Mbps to the TMNet International Gateway at Brickfields While the Advanced package (Cyberjaya) is riding on Eastgate Internet Exchange - gateway and a 155Mbps to Brickfields as backup link. Since the backbones of both Data Centers are 155 Mbps, the service charge is the same for both plans.

4. Does Netmyne put any restriction on bandwidth utilization?
For your kind info, we do not put any restriction on bandwidth utilization. You may enjoy the shared bandwidth at no limit.

5. Is Netmyne service charged on Usage-based Bandwidth basis?
No, the services provided is charged on flat rate Bandwidth basis.

6. By dedicated rack, are you saying that even if I have only 1 server, I have the whole rack to myself with no one else's equipment?
Yes, you are right.

7. What is Pigeonhole space? Is this for stand-alone non-rack mounted servers?
Pigeonhole rack space is for server size 1 or 2U. You are advised to use rack-mounted server for this type of rack space.

8. Will the price differ if the servers have different sizes (i.e., 1U, 2U, 3U or 5U)?

No, the size of server is not taken into account.

9. What are the connections from your switch to my servers/hubs?
We provide 10/100 BaseT Ethernet connections to your servers/hubs.

10. My domain was previously hosted by another service provider. Do I need to do any changes to my domain configuration if I plan to transfer my web server to Netmyne Data Center?
Yes, you need to update MYNIC or InterNIC, your new Netmyne's Primary and Secondary DNS IPs. For your kind info, the bodies will only accept applications for modifications from the registered Registrant for the particular domain name.

11. Is it possible to have more than one domain (website) inside my web server?
Yes, you may do so.

12. Can I FTP into my server or what is your type of client communication method?
You could FTP to your server at our Data Center by using any compatible FTP client. You only have to get connected to the Internet, and you can do anything to your server remotely at your site.

13. Does Netmyne provide firewall for Server Hosting services?
Netmyne doesn't offer firewall services to customers. However, firewall is used by Netmyne Operation Center for internal use only.

14. Can I use my own software to perform monitoring or will your corporation provide the software?
You may use your software to perform monitoring. Please take note that our Network Operation Center team also does monitoring of all servers.

15. My application requires telephone lines to be installed at your Data Center. Is it possible to have that installed?
Yes, it is possible to install telephone / leased / ISDN lines at our Data Center for your web server applications. However, you need to apply for the telephone services yourself at any Kedai Telekom. There, applicants are able to complete any necessary forms and pay any fees for the new subscriptions and inform Kedai Telekom the installation address is at our respective data center. These telephony services will be billed separately from Netmyne Server Hosting charges.

16. Is it possible for my staff to access your Netmyne Data Center for maintenance and data backup?
Yes, you can always visit our Data Center anytime between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm during working days at no charge. For urgent cases and, maintenance visits performed after office hours we dopermit customer in at a small additional charges.

17. If I request a quotation, what are the items to be quoted by Netmyne?
The items are service set-up, the quantity of servers, IP addresses, back up services and visits after office hours. You should inform us of your requirements upon making the Request For Quotes.

18. How long is the activation period?
The whole activation process should be completed within 2 days.

19. Where should I pay the bill?
You may pay at the House of Internet, Kelana Jaya or any Kedai Telekom.

20. Can your operation team reboot our server if the server hangs?
Rebooting servers is part of the package if it's done during office hours. Password is required for proper reboot.

21. Can I migrate from piegeonhole rack to shared rack or dedicated rack when my servers grow?
Yes you can, just pay additonal fees required.
