Netmyne Launch Control Panel Version 1.0

NETMYNE, Apr 1 2001 - Netmyne today has released one of the highly acclaimed and much anticipated service by the Netmyne Web & Domain Hosting customers - Netmyne Control Panel Version 1.0.

The service is a facility extension to the current Netmyne Web & Domain Hosting packages namely Instant, Budget, Value, Enterprise, Premier, Corporate E-Mail, Domain Parking and Domain Parking & Forwarding.

The Control Panel will provide customers with an interactive Self-Care Account Management System that can be accessed from any point of the web through a web browser. It is password protected, so that only registered users can access to Control Panel.

The project manager describes the Control Panel facility as one of the best rated Self-Care Support System.

"We want our customers to be happy and get the best from our products. That is why we have spent lots of time developing the Control Panel facility and some other future features. Now the customers can see the result. They can now manage their account with ease and in a user-friendly environment. Netmyne has also engaged in a new development to further enhance the Control Panel by introducing a new Online Billing feature.

"With this function, no more hard copy bills will be sent to the customers. Soon, the Control Panel will be capable of providing the customers to check the account status, current bill, payment history, print bill and pay bills online via a secured environment (credit card)", he said.

He also added, "We want our customers to try the Control Panel themselves. Believe us the facility is free, easy and friendly. Functions such as creating e-mail users, managing e-mail functions or managing accounts password are no longer an exclusive jobs for the programmers or server keepers. You as a user can do such complex functions with only a few mouse clicks".
