Acceptance Of Policy Terms
Welcome to Netmyne! Netmyne provides the Netmyne service to you, subject to the following Netmyne Acceptable Use Policy Version 1.0 which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the Netmyne Acceptable Use Policy at any at http://www.netmyne.com/policy/policies.html. Please note that Netmyne services published in our website are bound by additional terms which must be agreed upon subscription. Other Netmyne services, outside of Netmyne, are governed by a different Terms of Service.

General
Use of Netmyne for illegal activities of any kind, including unauthorized use (or attempted unauthorized use) of Netmyne's machines or other machines on the Internet, forging header information or user identification information, and software piracy is prohibited.

System abuse is strictly prohibited. Netmyne will terminate the account immediately and will charge for any resulting damages and system and network cleanups that need to be carried out, if the client engages in system abuse.

The following is a list of actions which are defined to be system abuse. This list is non-exclusive; any action about which there is any doubt should be referred to Netmyne for evaluation. Actions which constitute system abuse include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network, or account on Netmyne systems or the Internet at large("cracking");
• Attempting, in any way, to interfere with or deny service to any Netmyne user or any Netmyne host or any other user or host on the Internet;
• Forging email; sending large numbers of unsolicited mail messages
  (i.e. "junk mail");
• Forwarding or posting of "chain letters" (multiple forwarding) or pyramid schemes of any type;
• Posting, publishing or transmitting any information or software which
  contains a virus, cancelbot, trojan horse, worm or other harmful component
  is disallowed.
• Posting, publishing or unsolicited transmission of any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, or otherwise objectionable information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law is strongly prohibited.
• Posting, publishing or unsolicited transmission of any material that violates or infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, statutory, common law or proprietary rights of others is strictly forbidden.
• Software intended to facilitate any such violations or infringements may not be stored on Netmyne servers.
• Posting inappropriate messages to Netmyne user or any other user e.g., posting large numbers of unsolicited posts indiscriminately ("spamming") attempting to cancel, supersede, or otherwise interfere with email other than one's own;
• Engaging in harassment, whether through language, frequency, or size of messages.

Email
Sending harassing or mass unsolicited email is prohibited. Forging header information in email is prohibited. E-Mail bombing is strictly forbidden.

Sending and taking part in the transmission of chain letters and pyramid schemes (chain letters with money) are strictly forbidden. Promoting these activities on Netmyne and the Internet in general is frowned upon.

Sending unsolicited mass emailings (i.e., to more than 20 users) which provoke complaints from the recipients is prohibited.

The World Wide Web
Pages with contents that are deemed illegal by the Laws of Malaysia are prohibited.

Pages containing pornography or nude images may not be stored on Netmyne's web servers. Any other adult-oriented material should have warning and disclaimer pages, if not password protection.

Use of text or images created by others without their permission is copyright infringement and is prohibited.

FTP Sites
Use of Netmyne's FTP server for advertising purposes is prohibited. Reselling FTP space is prohibited. Files containing adult-oriented, pornography or nude images may not be stored on Netmyne's FTP server. Using Netmyne's FTP server for the exchange of pirated software or software designed to facilitate copyright infringement, unauthorized use of computer systems, credit card fraud, or other illegal activity is prohibited.

Storage and transfer of files
Storing, transferring, or allowing to be transferred (this includes FTP and the Web) any internal Netmyne file that is not located in the user's own directory structure and owned by the user is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to sending via FTP, allowing outside access to, mailing, or otherwise giving access to any file that is not owned by the user.

Hacking or cracking software
Any program, utility, or file that can be used to allow unauthorized access or gain unauthorized information about a computer, network, or file is prohibited. Storage of these archived programs, software, utilities, or files in an archived format and only for personal use or download is acceptable. Removing such files from their archived or compressed state, attempts to run and/or attempting to compile or use such software is prohibited.

Hacking and Cracking
Netmyne forbids ACTIVE searches (e.g. probing and port scanning) for security problems in our system or in other systems, including systems belonging to Netmyne's customers. If you suspect a problem with our services (or others'), we would appreciate an email message from your own account. There is no need for breaking in or crashing a site or system to demonstrate the problem.

Privacy Policy
Netmyne collects personally identifiable information when you register for register for a Netmyne account or when you subscribe Netmyne products and services. Netmyne handle its valued customer's information with strict confidence. Netmyne respects and protects the personal privacy of its clients. Our client's Netmyne Account Information is password-protected for privacy and security. In certain areas Netmyne employs industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.

Netmyne will not sell or rent client's identifiable information to anyone. Netmyne will only send personally identifiable information about client to other companies or people when:

• We have client's consent to share the information;
• We need to share client's information to provide the product or service requested;
• We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Netmyne to provide a product or service to the client. ( Unless we tell the client differently, these companies do not have any right to use the client's identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.);
• We respond to law enforcement agency, subpoenas, court orders or legal process;
• We find that client's actions on our web sites, servers or system violate the Netmyne Acceptable Use Policy, or any of our specific Subscription Agreement when the client subscribe to any of our products or services. Netmyne may suspend or terminate the client's account or take legal action against the owner of the account that is found to violate Netmyne's Policy or Agreement.
