What should I do if I forget my password?

Can I forward my e-mail to another e-mail account?

Yes. Our e-mail forwarder does exactly that. Log in first at the Customer Login page and choose the Mail Manager from the main menu and select Create E-mail Forwarding. You can specify the address that you want your e-mail to be forwarded to. You can change this address at any time.

What does the Control Panel do?

The Control Panel provides an interface for subscribers to update or edit their accounts. At the Control Panel, subscribers can make changes to their accounts (eg: change password, write autoresponder text, etc). The User Guide is also available inside the Control Panel. I did not specify my e-mail username during registration. Can I specify it later?

Yes, In fact, you can just do it online. Just go to the Customer Login page and login into the Control Panel. Inside the Control Panel, you can specify your e-mail username and password. You can even change your e-mail username and password at any time. To learn more about the Control Panel please read the Inside Preview of the Control Panel.

The Control Panel is an interactive web-based Self-Care Account Management System which can be accessed through your web browser. It is also password protected for your account security. Please click on the Control Panel image on the right for a larger version image. Or try our Demo Version.

The Control Panel gives you a total freedom to access and manage your own account online on a real time basis. It is Free, Easy and Friendly. There are two types of login into the Control Panel.

First type of login is as an Administrator. It enables the administrator to manage the Account Information, Managing E-Mail under the administrator's account, managing administrator's account Password, access to Users Guide and many other functions.

Second type of login is as an E-Mail User. It enables the e-mail user to manage the E-Mail Account under his or her name and access to the e-mail functions such as creating E-Mail Forwarding, Autoresponder, manage E-Mail Account Password, Resources and Users Guide.

Described below the functionalities served by the Control Panel: -

Account Manager
Display your account's information. The administrator can view and edit account information, profile and contact information. Email Manager Capability to create / add / delete email, email aliases, email forwarder and distribution list for the Administrator.

E-Mail user can use this function to create email forwarder and set the autoresponder.

Password Manager
The administrator can anytime use this function to change administrator's account password, manage the password reminder and reset individual email password under the administrator's account. For security reason, it is recommended the administrator change their administrator's account password regularly in order to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access to the administrator account.

E-Mail users can use this function to change their individual e-mail account password and mange their own password reminder.

URL Submission
Promote your site by submitting to search engines. We made it easy for you to submit your site to some major search engines with only a few mouse clicks. Resources Plenty of useful links and resources for your reference.

Users Guide
A complete online user guide for your reference that can help you in setting up your account.

Site Statistics
Generates a user-friendly and web-based statistical report for your website. Your website hits activity is also stored in a raw log file and you can anytime download the raw log file for your own analysis.

Support
An access to our Technical Support team. You can request for an account upgrade, add Optional Features and get technical assistance with this function.

Online Invoice (coming soon)
You can check your account status, current bill, payment history, print bill and pay invoice online via a secured environment (credit card).
