myOffice is a subscription service for Internet & Office Network Service.

What features contains in myOffice
myOffice contains of Web Service, Email Service, File Sharing Service, Firewall, Internet Access Shared, Content Filtering, Virtual Private Network (VPN) and Nationwide Support Center & Customer Centric Call Center.

What type of the email server in myOffice?
We are using Qmail Email Server. It can be using mail client application at workstation such as Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express to send and retrieve email with myOffice.

What type of the file sharing in myOffice?
We are using Samba File Sharing. It contains of two type of folder, Public Folder share among the LAN user without security and Private Folder will be consist of password protection.

What type of the web server feature in myOffice?
We are using Apache HTTP Web Server version 1.3 to host the company website. By using Web Builder can be easily create own web page within few hours.

What is the VPN in myOffice?
The VPN is Virtual Private Network, which are using more than one myOffice placed at the customer’s branch for securely transfer file.

What is the firewall role in myOffice?
Firewall is using Packet Filtering to protect the Inbound and Outbound traffic from Office Network to Public Network.

How much I need to pay to subscribe the myOffice services?
You just need to pay RM3, 888 for the first two years and subsequent year (3rd) just only at RM1, 800.

How to retrieve and send the email from myOffice services?
By using mail client application at workstation such as Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.

How to upload the web page to the Web server in myOffice?
By using the Web Apache Upload Interface in Web Admin to browse the file that need to be uploaded to the web server.

How many computers can be connected to the myOffice ?
The maximum numbers can be connecting to LAN up to 253 computers.

Customers need to have the TM Net Streamyx line for myOffice service.

How to subscribe to myOffice services?There will be through TM Net Clickers, Kedai Telekom or TM Net Reseller.

How to install the network printer in workstation?
Browse the network neighborhood‡Lanwiser‡select the parallel port or the USB port which the printer is attached, Right click and select the install and follow the on screen instruction.

Any warranty or maintenance for myOffice services?
The warranty based on the subscription service with Term and Condition apply.

How to install the myOffice services?
The myOffice is installed and configured through the Web Admin.

The user forgot the email password or login name?
Reset the login name and the password through the Web Admin.

The email client software like Outlook and Outlook Express cannot connect to the server?
Check the network cable connectivity and go to the setting for the Mail Client Application check for the value for the Incoming server, out going Server, Account Name, password and the email address.


The printer cannot perform the printing jobs?
Check the printer cable connectivity and go to the start‡setting‡printers, right click on the printer select the printer properties check for the

  1. User cannot access the web admin?
    Ans: Check the network cable connectivity and check the URL in the browse (https:\\192.168.1.1:55555).

  2. How to create the email account for the user?
    Ans: Log into the Web Admin, from the start up menu select the Pop email account press the Add User button key in the email address, password and retype password then press the submit button to create the email account.

  3. How to add in the computer to the myOffice?
    Ans: Connect the computer to the switch or hubs make sure the Obtain IP Automatically is check in the properties for the Internet protocol (TCP/IP) in the Local Area Connection Properties then restart the computer.

  4. The user cannot browse the Internet?
    Ans: Check the network cable connectivity, check the setting in browser example like Microsoft Internet Explorer go to Tools - Internet Options - Connection - LAN settings make sure the Automatically detect settings is checked and call Customer Support Call Center at 1-300-88-9515 to check the streamxy status.
