Introduction

In May 2003 TM Net, Dell and B-Global began engaging to develop RosettaNet based supply chain solution, which would enable Dell to link up effectively with its suppliers and allow other leading-edge companies to benefit from the same technology.  The system was to be based on Dellís best-in-class business processes and would provide the platform to manage data exchanges effectively between trading partners. 

In December 2003 tmnet e-SupplyChain was launched in Penang by Tan Sri Dr. Koh Tsu Koon, Chief Minister of Penang.  Since then more and more of Dell's suppliers have been getting on board with e-SupplyChain to gain its large number of benefits.
