the needs of the vendor:

Module
- VMI

FINANCE
Module
The Finance
Module allows the user to electronically manage the invoicing process.
It allows the user to send invoices electronically to the customer and
allows them to view the current status of these invoices, be it sent,
read or rejected. There is an alert function to notify the user if an
invoice has been rejected. If invoices are rejected they can be changed
and resubmitted immediately so no time is lost in the invoicing process.
Once invoices have been approved the user will also be able to view
remittance advice.
Electronically sent invoices reduce the level of invoice discrepancy
as manual entry of paper invoices becomes a thing of the past. In addition
all invoices sent can be viewed and exported to CSV, with four types
of reports generated: all invoices, read invoices, sent invoices or
rejected invoices. In addition the history of all invoices is reccord
so you can see all the actions that have taken place for every invoice.
